Void Vipers
An extensive, script-heavy modification of Game Design and Development 1: 2D Shooter course project, still in active development. I am working on replacing all the provided course content with my own assets. Development Roadmap TBA!

New features are as follows:
- Two complete levels
- Newtonian flight model
- Velocity based collision damage
- Effects and animations:
- Physically simulated particles
- Progressive destruction (currently only for the player)
- Space warp shader
- Flames
- Custom explosion upon death (currently only for the player) with realistic expansion
- Flying asteroids to avoid
- Rudimentary enemy AI additions: enemies will try to avoid obstacles and the player
- Pickup/power up system with healing and fire rate booster pickups
- Art asset additions / changes:
- Audio effects
- Sprites
- Plenty of custom scripts
